Sometimes it's difficult to tell if someone is being serious or just joking on a site like iFans.

Steve Jobbu would be so proud.

P.S.Android is a respectable platform in my opinion, just not tech-noob freindly.

Kinda like cydia?? Oh that's right. No one is complaining in that monopoly.

Btw, it comes into effect at the end of April. I think htc might just be able to squeeze out a small patch in four months.

Are you f***ing serious? Everyone copies, even Apple. It's just that Apple and it's reality-distorted fan-base keep denying it.

Due to these lawsuits, I feel like Apple is being run by a 12 year-old girl. They copy, it's "revolutionary", someone else implemented the same feature, "brb lawsuit". Truly pathetic.

Oh yeah, just leaving it here.

Has this only just became apparent to you?

    On topic:
Sure, patents need to be protected but patenting insignificant sh*t like this shouldn't be aloud in the first place.

He was only defending it, and he did a good job of it by using logic. RAM has nothing to do with lag, go learn something.

Alright, according to the book of jsp20 nobody is entitled to their own opinions of mobile operating systems on a forum based around the Apple ecosystem. Right? Wrong.

RAM has nothing to do with it. Also the UI has sometimes lags (Rarely for me o_O), because they're on a different priority. iOS has UI rendering on top priority, which means, if an iPhone is rendering a webpage, partway during rendering, you move the window, it stops rendering.
That is because UI is on top priority.

Yet, if you scroll while Android loads a webpage, it keeps on rendering. Which is great because then I can have my awesome widgets on screen. I have a 1 GHz snapdragon, Windows Mobile 6.5 HD2, and replaced WinMo with Android, completely happy with it, I can customize it how I want.

Another point some people whine about, is the Android applications crashing or being slow. Hello? Android is a platform, it needs to support hundreds of devices. In locked-in mind of Apple, they have to support only 12 devices(Even less, if you subtract the discontinued ones).
So far as this case of copying goes, these patents shouldn't be allowed. They are utterly retarded, and should have a limit.
