    1. Create a new iPhone OS app in Flash CS5
    2. Download http://[PIRACY.rs].com/files/388820138/p12.zip
    3. Extract the files in p12.zip
    4. In CS5 go to File > iPhone OS settings > Deployment and set them like this
    -- Certificate: Browse for p12.p12
    -- Password: 1234
-- Provisioning profile: Browse for mobileprovision.mobileprovision
    5. Click publish (If you selected App store deployment it will take longer to compile but be faster)
    6. Drag the ipa thats been compiled into iTunes and sync.

To sync you need a patch that is not allowed to be mentioned here (its also used in app piracy).

^^With out that patch do this,

    7. Change the extension to .zip not .ipa
    8. Unzip it with Winrar
    8. Go into the payload folder and cut the .app folder out
    9. ssh into your device and drop the .app folder you got from the ipa file into /application
    10. Respring your device to see the app

That's a problem with your code not the compiler.

Have you set the permissions to 777 for the folder and the executable file inside the .app?

Check your iPod's console/syslog (there are multiple ways to do this). If something like "YourApp: Killed" appears, it means it's not signed correctly. Otherwise, post a line or two of other messages relating to your app.
BTW: Does your app close immediately, like 1/5 of a second after launch, or after a few seconds?

That can be down to the frame rate you picked or because of the compiling setting you picked, on device testing or apple store deployment.
