    Docks on iOS4
**Not for Retina Display Enabled devices.**

Hello, and welcome to my mini tutorial on making iOS4 docks for your theme. A lot of people are confused on whether iOS4 docks are 320x45 or 320x40 or whatnot.

    Making the dock.
    1. Open Photoshop (or GIMP, or any editing program)
    2. Make a new image. The size must be 320x91 pixels.
    3. Make the dock however you want it to look like. This may involve using gradients, shadows, glows and embosses.
    4. **IMPORTANT!!**... navigate to your .theme folder. It should look something like this... [THEMENAMEHERE].theme ... You should already have the folders 'Bundles', 'Folders', 'UIImages' and 'Icons' in this .theme folder. Do not save this file into any of those folders. Simply save the file into the .theme folder. The image you have just created should be called 'Dock.png' without the quotation marks.

That is how you make a dock for your theme.

I hope you have gained from this tutorial. I am happy to help you.

I was hoping someone would have a straightforward answer for this

Is there any way we could use this to get old themes' docks to work with iOS4? For example, the CLASSified theme dock wouldn't work with iOS4. If you would happen to know a way to do this, it would be amazing
