This is how you view your downloaded Videos, Music and PDFs in MobileFinder on your iPod Touch 2.0.x

    This Tutorial is for WinSCP.

    You Need:
    1. Jailbroken iPod Touch 2.0.x
    2. MobileFinder.app from Appstore.
    3. WinSCP

    Open up WinSCP.
Once you are logged into WinSCP, guide yourself to "/<root>"

Once there, you will need to click these folders:
    var> mobile> Applications
You will be at a place that looks like this:

You will then have to click each file, until you come across a file that contains this:

THE FOLDER NAME IS DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE.

Once you have found it, you will need to click the Documents Folder.
So far you should be HERE:

Please Register or Log in to view images

Right Click anywhere in this folder and then click> New> Link. so it looks like this:

Please Register or Log in to view images

For the "Link/shortcut file" put the name you want the file to be called.
For the "Point Link/shortcut" put: /private/var/mobile/Library/Downloads and then click OK.

Exit SSH and turn to your iPod and go to MobileFinder, once you are in there, you should see a new folder with the name of whatever you put in the Link/shortcut file and when you click it, you should be see all your Downloads if you have downloaded anything!

This took me many hours to find how to do.
I hope this helps a LOT of people

This is so old. There's like a 20 page thread on making MobileFinder see root.

Also, asking for a sticky severely decreases your already slim chance of this getting up there.

That probably came off a lot more harsh than I meant it, oh well.

    Yeah, you are right, Gitykins.
Btw, does the noobz know how to login?

    ADD:
If the noobz know how to log in they should know how to use WinSCP.

The reason I made this thread was to help out a lot of people like me who don't understand all of the MobileTerminal advanced stuff. I also know for sure that this guide is a lot easier to follow than those other ones that don't explain anything. Thanks for all the positives
