How to use iFunBox WiFi Connection?!:-
Ever since that feature has been added to iFunBox its been driving me crazy, as I can't seems to figure out how to use it so that I can browse my iPhone files in iFunBox without the need to connect it to the computer by a cable

Aarix, ValleyForge I've seen from your comments that you are iFunBox users, so it will be great if you can put some light on this issue and guide me on how to use that feature, thanks in advance :)

When the computer and device are connected to the same network, it should just appear as a connected device. Wait a minute for it I guess. But I've never found WiGi connect with iDevice's to be very reliable :p

That is why its been driving me crazy, as both are connected to the internet from the same router, the computer is connected by a cable and the iPhone is connected by WiFi, does they both has to be connected by WiFi?!

Try rebooting both devices and if that doesn't work blame apples unreliable wifi syncing. The cydia tweak on iOS4 was MUCH better.

In ios4 a developer made a cydia tweak for $10 called wifi sync and it worked great for iTunes and ifunbox. Provided you had to install seperate software on your computer and it was $10. Apple stole the idea like mobilenotifier and here we are.

That sounds like apple alright, they consider it OK for them to steal ideas from others but it is a lawsuit waiting to happen when others do something similar to what they have

    OK.
    1) Not jailbroken, undo-able. (As far as I know. Experience. Tried connecting my iPod Touch 5, cannot connect through WiFi)

    2) Both devices must be connected to the same WiFi router.

Then that is a problem for me, as I have a jailbroken iPhone4

I am using a PC not a Laptop, so that is another problem for me, I guess I will just have to forget about using that feature.

NOT YET! If I am not wrong(I may be), you can use LAN cables to connect to the router. then connect the iDevice to the router and see what happens.

Either that or get a cheap USB WiFi receiver. Won't cost you more than $20.
