Just google something like "get music off ipod onto computer" and download one of the first program and transfer your music to your computer

iFunBox (Google for it) lets you transfer from your iPod to your computer.
You can then put the songs into iTunes then back onto your iPod.

Ok i updated to 3.0 and jailbroke it... But now when i plug it in and go to iTunes it says:

"iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPod "iPod Touch". Go to the summary tab in iPod preferences and click Restore to restore this iPod to factory settings."

I even tried reinstalling iTunes and nothing.... any help?

Edit: Ok i was using iTunes 8.2 and i uninstalled it and installed iTunes 8 and tried to open it and it said “The file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes”.

Now what do i do o.o

^ Looks like you should put you iPod into DFU mode and restore it. And also, always install the latest version of iTunes.

If you want to keep your music, use a software that can transfer music from your iPod to your computer.
