    Cydia doesn't Connect

I installed Icy, but I want to uninstall it because I got Cydia working again.
I deleted the Icy folder, but that messed up my Wi-Fi.(iPod says it's connected, but I can't connect to any sites.)
I put it back in my iPod, and Wi-Fi was fixed, but I still got Icy.
So, how can I uninstall Icy without restoring?

Download Cydelete from Cydia. Go into Settings > Cydelete And unprotect Icy if it is protected. Hold your finger on Icy until it wiggles. Tapthe X and uninstall it.

I just restored it since it was getting confusing.
But now, Cydia doesn't connect. It boots up fine, but when it tries to connect it won't.

I deleted it via SSH, but it prevented my Wi-Fi from working.
