Can anyone tell me how to uninstall Apple apps with a jailbroken ipod touch?

I want to get rid of ridiculous apps like the Nike app and the stockmarket app etc...but I don't know how?

I wouldn't recommend actually deleting them but you could just hide them with poof.

I have absolutely zero interest in keeping these apps...why take up the space?

I did hide them, but Id rather just get rid of them completely. So is there any app for that??

Install OpenSSH in cydia if you havent already, then Winscp on your computer, type your ipod touches ip address, password= alpine username =roo, ignore the warning. then go to your applications folder and delete them, but remember! i am not responsible for any damage done to your iDevice!

They don't take that much space, you'll likely barely save even a megabyte deleting them. It's better just to hide them.
