How to type in "+" before area code in v1.1

    As title, I have no idea and can not find any relate thread is talk about that, could anyone teach me to type in +852 xxxxx

    + stands for 00, so you'd type in 00<Country code><Area Code><Number>

    Example:

    I live in NC, USA. I'd type in 001919-------

    --------- represents number.
