Here's what you need to do 1. Download OfflineMaps from Cydia 2. Use a tool called GMDL to download any map you want. Size can vary, however, a map the size of Houston and suburbs is around 100-150 MB. 3. Convert the maps to iPhone format, and then SSH them into your iPod at a specific directory(it tells you when you download offline maps) And you are done, your iPod is now a GPS. The only thing you can't do is create a route, you'll have to do that by yourself when you have wi-fi. HOWEVER, as long as you have the cached maps, your iPod can find out your position. I was able to drive around town and my iPod showed me exactly where I was. WARNING - The iPod has a small screen, so I don't ADVISE you to check it while you drive, but then again, people text while driving so it's your call.
