Search the forum for a topic containing "Video Conversion" they should have info that can help you.

alright thanks, I have another question. I have a few mp4 videos that I wanna add. I just dragged one over from my videos to movies in itunes. It added and synced with no problem, however no other videos will drag over into itunes. What is the problem?

Go into iTunes, select Import from the File menu, and select your videos.

If that doesn't work, I've found that changing the extension from .mp4 to .m4v seems to work...

You don't convert - just try renaming the file extension. At least, it's worked for me before...
