How to START a MOVIE via HOMESCREEN?

    hi!

    ive some mp4 files and i want them to start with an selfmade app or something - i wanna start the mp4 files directly from the homescreen.

    how can i do that?

    hmm... or... make it so you can view your files through Safari, then make a link to it on your homescreen (assuming you have 1.1.3)

    ive tried this already! with the 1.1.3 Safari File support patch but files wont start local through safari

    Follow instructions on this topic, then use an application called ClipIt (made by Erica Sadun of TUAW) to add a webclip with a link that points to your .mp4 file.
