THIS WORKS ON ALL VERSIONS OF MOZILLA FIREFOX

This is a short guide on how to intensify the speed of firefox.

    1: Open up Firefox

2: Type "about:config" into the address bar.

3: In the filter bar type "max"

    4: Look for...

    network.http.max-connections
    network.http.max-connections-per-server
    network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy
    network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server
    network.http.pipelining.maxrequests

5: You will see the column "value", now change the value for

    network.http.max-connections
    network.http.max-connections-per-server
    network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy
    network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server
    network.http.pipelining.maxrequests

6: Now once you have changed the values just close firefox and open it up and you will see increased speeds.

TIP: Multiply the values by 2...3...4...5...

NO MORE THEN 5 PLEASE I TRIED IT AND MADE MY COMPUTER SUPER SLOW!!!

NOTE: Yes this does increase the speed to where you will notice depending on how high you put it.

This works better for some people than others, it doesnt seem to work at all for me, it depends on the route to the host and the traffic handling along the way
