So, you just found the coolest app ever right? So you installed it and now what? Springboard is borked! I know what you're thinking, "What the hell! OMG, restore!" STOP THAT CURSOR!

Here's how to fix it! SpringBoard has an 80 application limit, so if you install 80 apps, it doesn't start up anymore. So, to fix it, do these easy steps:

    1. SSH into your iPod. Not hard at all.
    2. Type "cd /Applications/"
    3. Decide which application you don't want. For me, I don't want... um... picomemo.
    4. Type "rm -rf ./picomemo.app/"
    5. Wait a few seconds and SpringBoard should start!

Now, if you have 81 apps, of course you will need to remove two applications. 82 apps means three, and so on and so on.

    Hope this helps!

SummerBoard 3.2 fixes the 80 app limit.

Thanks, saved me from doing a restore. Thought I was doomed.

Since SHHing isnt working for me, would deleting them with total commander do the same thing, or does "rm -rf" do something more?

It would do the exact same.

    Good luck!
