used BlueStacks on Windows 7 before, pretty nice imo, was a lil buggy back then doe, but still a pretty cool idea and will probably get much better in the near future

Can you run any Android app if you manually add it? Or can you only use the apps that they add to it.

well for the mac version, since it's still in such an early stage, so far it seems that you can only use the apps that they have available at the moment, however i believe that on windows 7 they have a whole collection of apps from the market that have been ported/modified for the computer experience. Now im not sure about the manually adding function, like downloading an apk file from the internet and uploading and installing it on your computer through BlueStacks, but with their large collection, im pretty sure you'll find the app that you're looking for.

Will this be only for Mac OS X or will/when it be available for iOS devices?

iOS Devices? In your dreams, maybe.

Only Windows and OS X get this.

No prob! but do keep in mind that both are still in their early stages of development (more or less), so try not to get too frustrated if there are glitches, etc :)

May be possible... Dreams can come true. Would be great, but RAM inefficient for most iDevices. Crashes would occur regularly, I'm sure.
