    •Samsung Galaxy S I9000
    •Samsung Galaxy S SCH-I500
    •Samsung Galaxy Tab
    •Samsung Transform M920
    •Samsung Vibrant
    •Sony Ericsson Xperia E51i X8
    •Sony Ericsson Xperia X10
    •Sprint Hero
    •Telus Fascinate
    •Toshiba Folio 100

    However other phones like:
    •Sprint EVO 4G (HTC Supersonic)

    •HTC Desire GSM
    •HTC Desire CDMA (HTC BravoC)
    •HTC Aria
    •Droid Eris (HTC DesireC)

    Can be rooted too but you must remove the NAND unlock*.
    I do not have a device that requires to remove the LOCK so remove at your own risk

    1. Turn on USB debugging

    Settings--> Applications --> Development -->

    Check the box that says "Stay Awake" and "USB debugging"

    2. Download the Attachment

    Note: If you have some kind of anti-virus program
    please stop it
    BEFORE rooting.

    3. Unzip the attachment and run "SuperOneClick" as an Admin.

    When the Application opens up, click 'Root'
    *USE THE ORIGINAL DATA CABLE THAT CAME WITH YOUR PHONE*

    Note: It should work with most 2.X versions of Android.

    4. If it ask you for BusyBox, click 'Yes'

    5. Reboot your phone

    6.If you have Superuser, your good to go!

    ===================================================================================================================

    I reccomend flashing an overclocked kernel instead of SetCPU because SetCPU can cause your phone to overheat frequently, just like what happened to my previous phone.
