Is there any way to remove the lock screen so that when you press the button, it goes right to your apps page? I have searched and searched and was surprised noone else seemes to have asked this anywhere. People just want to know bow to remove the clock.

Helping by giving you a free bump. This is also of interest to me.

Just an opinion, but I doubt this is possible without removing/deeply modifying directly in the iphone/ipod touch firmware,

Well there is a tweak where you press the Home button three times and it will go to the Springboard. But that is the closest thing there is.
