How to Remove Native apps

    I'd say its probably easier (and safer) just to "poof" them with SBSettings.

    Yeah I seriously don't advocate people deleting applications off their iPod, so I've removed OP's post.

    Use poof to hide the applications. It's a lot safer than deleting them.

    I've hidden several of the standard Apple apps, stuff like Voice Memo's, stocks, calculator...things i never used. It cleans up my springboard and allows me to get all my apps organised into pages better.
