Is there a way to remove installer without doing a complete restore? What about the games that I added through installer. I don't see an option to remove them. Can I delete installer and the games through SSH?

It should be in the /Applications directory along with the Apple OS apps.

Yup. In the /Applications folder, just delete Installer.app and whatever other app you want. You can also do it in MobileTerminal.
    Code:
    su root
    password: alpine
    cd /Applications
    rm Installer.app
    killall SpringBoard
