Accidentally, I have stumbled upon a simple method of recording your movements on your iDevice (iPhone 3G Tested Only)

First you need to be jailbroken to do this.

    Using only two iPhone Apps:
    -Backgrounder (Cydia)
    -iVideoRecorder (AppStore)

You can record your screen and export it to your Camera Roll.

    1. DL both apps/addons (if you don't have them already)
    2. Open up iVideoRecorder
    3. Hit record (I've only tested in portrait mode)
    4. Use backgrounder and return to your springboard.
    You are now recording.
*Faults are that the framerate is a little slow, and the screen is chopped a bit.

If this is in the wrong section, could you please notify me and move it? This seemed like the only relevant section.
