I have recently bought some app from iTunes Store US for games that have high popularity. However, upon purchasing them and trying them on my iPod Touch, I feel like they didn't give me pleasant enjoyment. The main cause is the poor frame rate.

Games that I purchased and plan to reclaim my money: (They all really do have poor frame rate or control issue)
    - Asphalt 4: Elite Racing ($5.99)
    - Brothers in Arms: Heroes of Darkness ($9.99)

How am I going to reclaim them?

you used to be able to say "i inadvertently purchased this app and wish to receive a refund" but i think apple caught on to that.

If you just say you hate the app or something theyll say oh well all sales are final.

So they is no way for a refund?

BTW where does all our money go? Do they all went to Apple Store or to the developer him/her/themselves? Can I claim form the developer, as in the above case, GameLoft instead?

30% to apple and 70% to the dev.

You can always try to report a problem with the apps in itunes and maybe it might work, never hurts to try

You can try to reclaim but with one of the latest updates, iTunes did make you "agree" that all sales are final. But trying never hurt.
Only suggestion I can make is in the future, wait for reviews of games to come out, so you know what you're getting and don't feel like you wasted your money.
It's pretty much a buyer beware market. It's not like you can just walk back into a store with a receipt and demand a refund/exchange. I guess it comes down to the iTunes support person, and if he/she is in a good mood that day..

Then you're not running the latest firmware, which they'll probably tell you to do first before offering a refund
