How to really jailbreak 2g on a mac

    I did something wrong and now my iPod is completely off. I try to DFU it but it doesn't work, does anyone know what's wrong?

    Check pwnagetool.app (show package contents) contents > resources > CustomPackages > CydiaInstaller.bundle > show package contents. If there is only the "Info.plist" file then you have to redownload (or get the untouched one you downloaded in the downloads folder) and run copy again.

    I think you made a typo. You say to save it as pwn211.ipsw, but I htink you mean 211pwn.ipsw.

    Oh, yeah. You're right. Thanks. I knew I was gonna screw those up but I was starting to get confused lol.

    The copy.txts are both the same. I didn't edit it.

    You're lost? you have to right click or hold down. (idk I'm on a hackint0sh so it's right click)
