how can i put .pdf files in my ipod touch without being jailbroken??
mail them to your self then open them... and make sure it is always there... aka. try not to get newer mail...
any other ways by not using the internet??
AirSharing and Caravan from the App Store. The former sets up WebDAV access, while the latter can download PDF files if you give it the URL and it'll save the file locally.
Files, AirSharing, Caravan, FileMagnet, MobileFinder, DataCase, idk there is a ton more.
wow... i never knew that...
i use mail... it is more simple...

DiskAid to put the files into the DCIM (Photos) folder of your iPod
Discover to read them.
DiskAid - http://www.digidna.net/diskaid/
Discover - http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=292416855&mt=8
No Wifi needed at all. No Jailbreak needed at all.
Separate names with a comma.
