    Hi,
I´ve a simple question. I´ve created a long eBook with chapters, formating stuff for the Books-app. It´s just a folder with many sub-folders and htm-files. Now I want to publish it in a source for installer.app

But I didn´t find out how to do this. The "tutorial" on the nullriver-site isn´t very helpful, too complicated imo.

    Can u help me?
    Thx,
    ARUS

Contact someone that has one set up and see if they will add it to there's
just a thought if you can't find a better tutorial or don't want the hassle

    There are two ways:
    1. Use a index.php file that will generate you the "repo.xml"
    2. Make the "repo.xml" urself.

    2. is the easier one (to understand) and I don't know... But it would only be better to use 1. if you have a lot of categorys etc.

I'm sure you already know how to get webspace and things like that.
So you just have to know where you put the eBooks in and then create the .xml file.

It's very easy. You could take a look at this to understand what you have to do:
    http://www.touchrepo.com/repo.xml

Make sure to use the "hash" tag. It will be required in the next installer version!

no I just want to add ONE eBook, so I think 2. is the better choice.
Year I´ve already bought webspace, but I don´t know how to say the installer where to put the eBook in?
Have I to zip the eBooks before?

You have to zip it, making a script so installer can install it. And you have to upload this script and give everyone the link so they can add that to their sources.
