    Device:
    4G iPod touch
    How to install:
    1. Download this: http://wherethewoozlewasnt.com/files/frash.deb
    2. Open your SSH client
    3. Go to the tmp folder (can be found by going to / then tmp) and copy the DEB over
    4. Type "dpkg -i frash.deb" in terminal
    5. You need to SSH libflashplayer.so to your device (var/mobile/frash), it's copyrighted so I can't link to it, but this should help you find it.
      • Size: 8226 KB (8422664 bytes)
      • MD5 hash: 92BDB647E57E00ECBC5FDCAFC51A184E
      • The file it comes in is called Adobe Flash Player 10.1_10.1.61 (7zip can open it)
      • Do not get the file out of an RC or beta version of flash 10.1, it won't work.
    6. Reboot

    How to uninstall
    1. SSH into your iPad
    2. Delete the following folders/files
      • \System\Library\Internet Plug-Ins\Frash.webplugin\
      • \System\Library\LaunchDaemons\food.plist
      • \var\mobile\frash\
    3. Reboot

    What's not supported
At the moment video decoding isn't built in (apart from flv video) and neither is keyboard support.

    Help

Thanks for the post, I installed the package and transferred all the files, but while trying to view flash content I click on the F logo and get..

    _abort() classes.c:266

    I transferred the lib file.

    Thanks!

edit: I found the problem, to fix the abort error, try a different .so file (even if it's the same size)

Yes, like most .deb files, you can probably just locate the file in iFile and install it from there.

im using WinSCP on windows is there a way to do it using that? if not i will just download putty and try it

    Edit.
I went ahead and downloaded putty and after i put the frash.deb in the tmp folder. i opened putty, logged in, typed dpkg -i frash.deb then it says
    dpkg: error processing frash.deb (--install):
cannot access archive: No such file or directory
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    frash.dev.

    Any Help?

you forgot to navigate to the right folder with putty. use a combination of ls and cd commands until you see that file

I went to cd /tmp and typed the command dpkg -i frash.deb
it said it was unpacking replacement frash, then setting up frash, then it said no matching processes were found. is it supposed to say that? im not very good with SSH. Also thanks for all the help so far

    Edit.
found the frash folder so i figured i would go ahead and copy the libflashplayer.so file into the folder, rebooted, and when i click the flash button in safari it says
    Assertion failed: (ehdr.e_machine == EM_ARM), function base_load_...
