    Move My Documents/My Music/iTunes Music/Mobile Applications/ to your Desktop.

There is absolutely nowhere in that post that suggested in any way that he wanted to pirate applications, redistribute them, or anything that is against the forum rules. In fact, he said he wanted to back them up, which is totally in the reach of the rules. You however, are stirring up unrest, posting about illegal/pirated material, and on top of that, this is an off-topic conversation. This is your last warning. Drop it.

Find the ones corresponding to the correct version and delete the ones that arent.

Find the apps that are doubled in your Mobile Applications folder.
Right click all the apps that are in your iTunes library, and click "Show in Windows Explorer".

An explorer window will open, and it will highlight the correct version.
Erase the version(s) that are not highlighted.
