    No, it's for any video, the first 2 steps is just showing how to get a video off video sharing sites. If you have a video from your cellphone or something, then you just skip to step 3.

    It really bugs me when phones save in the ".3gp" format. Its next to useless.

    Yeah yourtube is so much easier than going on your computer and having to follow all these steps, and even if you aren't jailbroken if I recall correctly there is an AppStore app that let's you download YouTube vids.
