If you want to put a design on the back of your ipod, you will need:

    1) A screen protector
    2) Preferably a laser printer(the ink from a color printer doesnt dry at all)

    lets get started:

    1) Pick a design thats in black in white (shows up best). I went to google and searched for tattoo designs.
    2) Open Microsoft Word, and insert a rounded box beginning from the top left corner. Then modify the box so its dimensions are 4.125 inches by 2.25 inches. Print this out.
    3) Take your screen protector and place it over the rounded box you printed out. Tape the protector to the paper, with the sticky side up. BUT dont cover the protector with tape; just on the corners.
    4) On your computer, copy and paste the design you picked into a picture editor like Photoshop. (I use Paint.NET, a generic version). Flip the image horizontally, so now the image is a mirror image of what it was before. You need to do this because you are printing on the sticky side of the screen protector, so when you apply it to the back of your ipod, the image will flip back over.
    6) Copy and past the new image into the microsoft word document with the rounded box.
    5) Hover over the copied image and right click. Press format picture, go to layout, choose in front of text, press ok.
    6) Resize you design image into the rounded box to what you see appropriate.
    7) When you are finished placing your design, delete the rounded box.
    8) Here is where it gets tricky- Place the piece of paper you printed out with the screen protector taped on into your printer. You have to make sure to place your paper the correct way so that the printer will print the design on your screen protector.
    9) Press Print, and let the screen protector dry for a few.
    10) Resize the screen protector however you want, and place it on the back of your ipod, and voila!

A stencil and spraypaint would work.

True, but would you want to go about spraying spraypaint around your iPod touch? What if you were to accidentally spray it on the iPod touch itself?

Hm....That's a good idea, but I won't do it because my friend's dad owns a decal shop and he made me one of my school logo that was the perfect size for my iPod......FREE
