How to open .plist files?

    Could someone tell me how to open and edit the .plist files in windows please?

    Right-click, Open With > Other application... Choose Notepad.

    I don't have an "Open with" option... what can i do?

    Use plist editor. Search that in google and there should a cnet download. Download that and run it. But there should be an option for open with. R u on windows or mac

    Oops forgot to look. R u trying to open it in Winscp or what application

    Im sure notepad jumbles up some plists... You could get iFile and just do it on the device

    plist editor is good but it only allows u to use it in ssh application (like WinSCP) [i think]
    it gives me dll error when using in something else
