    I'm not sure if anyone has posted about this, but I did two searches with different search terms and didn't find a thread on this. (Edit: I stand corrected. On my third search I did find a few threads on this. But they're a few months old already and none quite like this thread of mine. I hope someone will still find this useful!) There are two javascript bookmarklets that can achieve opening links in new tabs:

    Save the following javascripts as bookmarks on your computer and sync them (through iTunes) with your iTouch.

    HTML:
    javascript:(function()%7Bvar
    %20a=document.getElementsByTagName('a');for(var%20i=0,j=a.length;i
    %3Cj;i++)%7Ba%5Bi%5D.setAttribute('target','_blank');var
    %20img=document.createElement('img');img.setAttribute('class',%20'new-
    window');img.setAttribute('src','data:image/
    gif;
    base64,
    '+'R0lGODlhEAAMALMLAL66tBISEjExMdTQyBoaGjs7OyUlJWZmZgAAAMzMzP///////
    wAAAAAAAAAAAAAA'+'ACH5BAEAAAsALAAAAAAQAAwAAAQ/
    cMlZqr2Tps13yVJBjOT4gYairqohCTDMsu4iHHgwr7UA/
    LqdopZS'
    +'D
    BBIpGG5lBQH0GgtU9xNJ9XZ1cnsNicRADs=');img.setAttribute('style','width:
    16px!important;height:12px!important;border:none!important;');a%5Bi
    %5D.appendChild(img);%7D%7D)();
    When browsing a webpage on your iTouch, open up your bookmarks and tap this to activate the "open all links in new tab" function on the page you're viewing. You will notice that all links on the page will have an extra logo beside each of them. Tap any link now and it will open in a new tab. I don't know if you can "turn off" this function after that.

    HTML:
    javascript:(function(){head=document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0];if(head){s=document.createElement('script');s.setAttribute('src','http://gadgets.inventivelabs.com.au/tabulate/script');head.appendChild(s);}else{alert('Tabulate-error:document-invalid');}})()
    The above bookmarklet actually has a name, called Tabulate. When browsing a webpage on your iTouch, open up your bookmarks and tap the above bookmarklet. A box will pop up for each link when they're tapped. The box will have three buttons, blue, green, and orange. Blue opens the link in the current tab, green opens it in a new tab, and orange flags it for queued browsing. There is an orange numbered flag at the top left corner that follows as you scroll down the page. The number on the flag reflects the number of links you have queued. I'm still not sure how to use the queuing function. Tapping that flag doesn't do anything (it's supposed to launch the queued links).
