    Download Retinapad instead!

    Found somewhere else, but they got it from Here

    But, we can fix this for SOME apps. Not all.
    We also get to use the big iPad keyboard instead of the tiny iPhone one. (Excellent for facebook chat).
    My Facebook went from this:

    to this:

    The How-To

    1. Identify the app you want to change/modify.
    2. Log into your Jailbroken iPad via ssh.
    3. Find that app's application folder. It will be in a random-number/letter folder in
    Code:
    /private/var/mobile/Applications/randomness/appname.app
    I chose Facebook.
    Mine was in
    Code:
    /private/var/mobile/Applications/EAB149E2-74FE-4EC6-AD5C-E624E854EE23/Facebook.app
    4. Copy the Info.plist file to your PC/Mac.
    5. Open it in a text editor, such as wordpad on PC.
    5. a If it is not readable (for example it is one line, run it through the converter Here.
    5. b Save the new plist file to your PC. Rename it to Info.plist again before you forget.
    6. In the opened Info.plist file (new one if you converted it), look for this
    Code:
    <key>UIDeviceFamily</key>
    <array>
    <integer>1</integer>
    <integer>2</integer>
    </array>
    if it is not there, paste it in at the bottom before the at the end.
    Code:
    </plist>
    If it is there, it will look like this:
    Code:
    <key>UIDeviceFamily</key>
    <array>
    <integer>1</integer>
    </array>
    Just add
    Code:
    <integer>2</integer>
    directly below
    Code:
    <integer>1</integer>
    7. Save this file.
    8. In SSH, rename the original Info.plist on your device to Info.plist.old just incase something went wrong or you do not like the new look.
    9. Copy the new Info.plist to the app folder.
    10. Respring and check out how awesome the app is!

    I saw it somewhere and they linked to the place I posted @ the top. For some reason that text wasn't visible grr...

    It looks excellent on Facebook. Give it a shot.. the pictures don't do justice.

    Just tried it with iReddit... It almost works perfectly! The only problem is that it ignores the bottom half of the iPad's screen. Oh well, iReddit for iPad should be coming soon.

    EyeTV: interface is wonky but it works. The video, however, uses the default iPad media interface and isn't uprezzed!

    myNZB: No dice, same non-responsive bottom half as iReddit.

    GTA:CW won't launch.

    Opera Mini: The UI scales beautifully, but pages render very slowly and the bottom half of the screen doesn't respond to touches.

    Basically what I'm finding is that most devs wrote their apps to support touch areas being scaled horizontally but not vertically. This makes sense, as the apps would require different sized areas when the iPhone/iPod Touch was rotated to landscape.
