First go to cyida Then go to sources edit and add this source gumballtech.com/cydia. Download iMemory enhancer this will make multitasking apps smoother make shure you have SBsettings before downloading iMemory enhancer. Next install winterborad and install iBlank this will remove shadows under the icons then go to settings winterborad and select iBlank And white icon labels. The install icon shadow this won't slow down your iPod as much as apples shadows under the icons do. It only adds shadows under the text and the springboard still runs at full speed sorry for no spaces i wrote this on my iPod and BTW I'm new on this forum

this kills your ipod faster because it constantly writes to your flash memory, plus their have been several threads about this same thing.

Remember though, those virtual memory mods put wear on the flash storage in the device because it constantly reads/writes to it. So it shortens the lifespan of your iPod/iPhone a bit.

i use it on my ipt2g and it works. i got stuck on the boot logo but that's because if you look online it says you have to force reboot it to get it to work. and it does help.

force reboot by holding the sleep/wake button and the home button until the device reboots
