ok so, I have some winterboard themes installed and well i like the wallpaper from one, and the icons from another. when i try to just replace the icons folder it doesnt work. so i figure ill just make a new theme incorporating the things i want in it. so i would just like to know a explanation of how to do make a simple winterboard theme.

Put the one you put the icons in all the way at the top. Make sure they're capitalized PNGs, and in a folder called Icons.
