I don't know how to make a .deb, also how to put it on Cydia.

I just need to install themes and edits some system files. How can I make a .deb that can do all that? I dont know how they even work. Thanks

Download the iPhone SDK, learn Obj-C, then write your app, and compile it to a deb, then submit it to a repo or add it to your own.

You don't need Mac OS X to make a .deb file.
Seeming how a .deb file has nothing to do with Mac OS X at all.
It comes from Linux, not OS X. Though it can be made on all OS's.

I'm not really sure how to explain what I want, so heres an example.

If I wanted to make a .deb to enable iPod.app on the iPod Touch (by editing the .plist file) how would I do that?

Thats what I want. To be able to put tweaks on Cydia. Thanks

Well watch that video I posted and look through all of that users vids.
All you need to do is replace the plist on the device.
Just make the .deb install the plist and it should overwrite it. Though I am not sure.

To create the app/tweak I'm pretty sure you have to.
