How do I make a back up so I can play around with the codes on file without worrying I'll stuff it up?

Go on iFile, locate the files you want backed up...

Press 'Edit' -> Select the files you want -> then press the button at the far right (a small square and an arrow) -> Press 'Copy/link' -> locate to somewhere else -> press edit -> press the button at the far right -> select 'Paste'

    Done.
