Tools -> Folder options tab -> View tab -> Goto the 2nd directory icon down, and apply the radio button accordingly.

Does this work with the 3.1.1 firmware?

screen went black....became unresponsive to any combo keys...what should I do??

after the done process jailbroking with redsnow,my ipod turned completely black like it is switched off. none of the keys in my ipod could turn it on and itunes doesn't responds to it so that i cant restore the firmware too...what should I do, How can I open redsn0w in safemode....PLEASE HELP ME

prasaianooz you said that your ipod turned completely dark and nothing would respond, do the following : Open Itunes, with your Ipod touch connected, Now hold Shift on your keyboard and press the restore option on Itunes. Browse for your .IPSW file of Operating System 3.0 and make a restore. After that proceed with redsnow 7.0 or 7.1.



Well what do I have to say but WOW, I am so LATE. I just realize there is a 3.0 Jailbreak. Tsk tsk. I was very excited that there was a 3.0 jailbreak release especially since I found the free app "Mixology" very useful this past Friday. Unfortunately that app is only free with the 3.0 OS and even though I do have it, I have the 2.2.1 OS jailbroken. And just when I was like Ooh finally a 3.0 jailbreak release I came to a horrible conclusion ;

My home botton stopped working last month!!! S.o.B !! Hence I cannot put the Ipod Touch in DFU mode. I am royally screwed. Oh well, I'll just stay with my 2.2.1 Jailbroken Ipod for now .....
