    This isnt working for me.

    1.1. Open settings and go to wifi and choose yours
    1.2. Now open installer and let it refresh, update installer if necessary

    I chose my wifi but i couldnt find any "installer" ! please help. theres no installer on my 8 gb ipod touch

    first of all, thx Khaos.. you own. but i am having trouble getting the 1.1.4 apps package (mail, etc). sorry of i sound like a noob, as i am, but learning quickly. The source "ipodtouchmaster" stays uncategorized and the apps dont appear, as they did for the Khaos source. whats wrong? ALso, when i try to install - Library and Media Symlinks from your source, i only get "main script execution failed".. can you help? Customize works perfect. and SUmmerboard works perfect! thnx again!!!!!!

    Heeeeeeeeeeeyyy
    On Friday bought my brand new 16gb Touch :D
    and already Jailbreaked with this Tutorial

    Worked perfectly to me, maybe sometimes is needed some reasonable thinking haha
    but, anyway, went perfectly

    Though, let me make some proposals for modification. Few issues that I find while JBreaking

    When pwning, I had to add some other applications besides BSD and Installer, such as:
    SUID Lib Fix
    BossTool
    BSD Subsystem 2.0 Termfix
    and the most important, OpenSSH

    since I couldn't find them in the iPod when restoring to the Customized firmware
    do you get my point??

    I understand your point but that has been an error with installer ever since 3.11 came out, You have to refresh twice, it will do it automatically after you update Community Sources, Then do it again and everything should show up

    I'm pretty sure I tried refreshing a couple of times, I also built twice the firmware and restored the Touch, but could get those apps to show up .... Anyway, different way to pwn it... Do you think isn't good to create the firmware with already some other apps in it?

    adding music

    After I follow and complete your instructions, can i just update my music and videos or do i need to do something else? Also when i install open shh there is no icon on my ipod touch's home screen? why is this or how do I fix it?:confused:

    Now u r able to install third party apps, and of course also upload music,videos,photos, etc to your iPod
    There's no icon for the Open SSH, is just soft to connect the iPod and PC
