How to install api files

    Hi! I just jailbreaked my ipod touch with ILiberty its a 1.1.4 firmwire and i can install programs trough installer no problems. But i got a bunch of api files in my computer that i want to install into the ipod. I used ssh and connected into the touch and put it in the Applications folder but nothing happens? Theres no new programs, can someone help me pls?

    First of all, I suggest updating to 2.0.
    Second, do you reboot after putting in the application?

    Plus, if they're cracked, I don't think anyone here can help you due to the rules posted at the top of the forum there...

    How could they be cracked?
    He's on 1.1.4.

    If he's trying to install IPA files manually on his computer and doesn't have Firmware 2.x which enables App Store, then they're likely downloaded from the warez sites.

    Oh, maybe i need to update to 2.0 then. I downloaded parlino which is a free messenger application trough itunes but i couldnt manage to install it from there. So i tried to take the file and ssh it into my ipod but doesnt works. Ugh do i have to restore my ipod and jailbreak it again? Dont want to lose any files.

    App Store applications = Firmware 2.0 only. As it says in the System Requirements when you get the program in iTunes: "An iPod Touch or iPhone running 2.0 firmware".
