I might do this on my dad's iPhone 2G that he got as a gift from my aunt and uncle (because my uncle got a 3GS) and he never uses it. He doesn't even have a plan.

Does this work on anything else other than the iPhone 2G? Can I get it to work on iPod touch 3G or 3GS iPhone?

Only 2g iphone is supported for now. 2g ipod touch and iphone 3g soon. 3gs and 3g is harder.. Old bootrom 3gs should be easy after 2g ipod touch but the new ones are difficult...

It might run on a 1st Gen iPod Touch. Nobody has gotten far enough to try it, but I assume it would work, as they have the same hardware except for the Cellular chip, the volume buttons, the speakers, and the microphone.

Is there another way to boot into android? The Home Button on my iPhone 2g is broken.

Ahh damn have to wait I guess. Since the iPhone is short on buttons why not just add a tiny dock with the buttons on it on the bottom of the screen? I think it's a little awkward trying to press all the buttons and trying to remember what button does what...

anyway of booting this thru cydia rather than having to go thru ALL those instructions. I don't have a linux machine so therefore i'm screwed.
