Hello Everyone..... If there was a post about this than sorry on repeating it..

To make smbprefs work you have to ssh into your ipod touch and go to /System/Library/CoreServices and click on Systemversion.plist. Once you are there you should see a phrase that says: <string>1.1.3</string> now change the 1.1.3 to 1.1.2. after that save and refresh and rebbot your ipod touch. than you should be able to download summerboard and you can download customize.

My customize and smbprefs kept crashing on me so i went back to the Systemversion.plist and changed the 1.1.2 back to 1.1.3 so i suggest you do that after you download SMBPrefs and Customize... If it doesn't work im sorry....

I was the first to post this and i would like to say don't do this it isn't safe it rearranges installation paths i repeat don't do this. You'll see what happens in the future when sdk apps come out and you'll have to rejailbreak i've researched deeply into this method and it's unsafe.

Thats all i got to say if you still want to go on with it byal means.
