How to get this 3D effect?

    I remember a couple weeks ago and there was an app on the App Store to get this effect, anyone know the name?

    I'm also looking for tutorials on how to do this effect in Photoshop on pictures taken with my D-SLR.

    Duplicate the layer, change the opacity to your likings, change the hue to the correct color, align the layers with each other.
