Ok First Off This Doesn't Actually Let You Make Phone Calls, But It DOES Add Status Bars To Your SpringBoard!

Ok First off if you havent already download and installed the Utilities app I made do it here http://nicksipodnews.webs.com/repo.xml now respring and open it. Accept the terms, and hit "Make Me An iPhone!" then click "Transform" and "Complete Transformation". Now respring and open Installer. Now go to the Utilities category and install BootNeuter. Now once you get back to the SpringBoard, open BootNeuter. Once it gets to the step "Determining Current Settings" close it. And Wala! Signal Bars! Now be warned the signal bars go away after each reboot, but to get them back just open BootNeuter and close it when it gets to "Determining Current Settings"

Now I am trying to find a way to work this into Utilities for the next update.
