I jailbroke my ipod with quickpwn on a mac to 2.1 and it didnt give me many choices such as not installing installer. I never use installer. How can i get rid of the app. Using ssh?

i believe you can just ssh and delete delete it but i would say make a copy first or cut and paste it on your desktop just incase you want it again

I think you can actually uninstall it through Installer. Look in the "Installed Packages" section. At least you could last time i used it.

    Thanks guys!

I might do this also, because even though installer got a graphical update, it SUCKS compared to installer 3.

Hide it with poof just in case you need it if cydia goes down for some strange reason,I never use it but kept it just in case.
