I think that the original Tap Tap Revenge 2 theme was better than the new 2.6 theme. I've looked online for this and couldn't find it. So, it took me a few hours to figure this out...

I made a WinterBoard theme to make version 2.0.1 run instead of 2.6. I would have copied the old TTRDJ.ttrTheme but it dosen't look anywhere near right when played. I'm assuming this is because the new TTR is incompatible with it.

    1. Download and extract http://www.[PIRACY.mf].com/file/vlzkmmyjzwu/TTR2.0.1.zip EDIT: Use this instead - http://www.[PIRACY.mf].com/file/yj5yignwkzj/TTR2.0.1.zip.

    2. Use SSH, iFile, iPhoneBrowser, etc. to copy the contents to /var/stash/Themes/.

    3. Find the Folder in which the TTR2 app is located in (/var/mobile/Applications/{UUID}). Then copy the contents of TTR2.0.1.zip\Tap Tap Revenge 2.0.1\Bundles\com.tapulous.taptaprevengeII\Themes to /var/mobile/Applications/{UUID}/Tap Tap.app/Themes. Be sure to backup the TTRDJ.ttrTheme that is all ready there or rename it.

    4. Launch WinterBoard and apply the theme "Tap Tap Revenge 2.0.1".

    5. Open TTR2 and you should be running version 2.0.1 with theme and all of your songs intact.

This is version 2.0.1, any bugs it had will be present and it will lack any features added since v. 2.0.1.

If you update TTR2 via App Store, step 3 will have to be redone.

    interesting
you could just look in your recycle bin (windows) and find the old file
when ituned updates the app file it will often just throw the old one in there

The only problem with that would be, you can't have two separate installations of the same app on one device.
