I got Mobile Terminal working and it's the easiest fix ever! I've found no glitches in Mobile Terminal and it works just as good as ever. All you have to do is install the following from Cydia:

    adv-cmds
    basic-cmds
    Bootstrap Commands
    developer-cmds
    diskdev-cmds
    file-cmds
    network-cmds
    shell-cmds
    system-cmds

After installing, run Mobile Terminal and you should have no problems! If you already have some of the above already installed, reinstall it. Have fun with your now working Mobile Terminal!

What glitches did you have? I don't have any on 3.1.2?

I've been using since 3.0 beta 5 and am now on 3.1.2 and it's always worked fine as long I had the latest version
