    This is a simple process.
The most likely reason for this to happen is if you tried to jailbreak your iPod and you've failed.

THIS IS ONLY FOR IF YOUR IPOD'S SCREEN DOES NOT TURN ON.

I KNOW THAT THIS LOOKS SIMILAR TO THE OTHER GUIDES ,BUT THIS IS DIFFERENT ON STEPS 1 AND 2. YOU MUST HOLD DOWN THE BUTTOMS LONGER.

    Steps:

    1. Press down the "Home" button and the "Power" button at the same time until you here a "Clicking Noise".

    2. Let go of the "Power" button until you here another "Clicking Noise". [Wait up to 30 seconds]

    3. Go on iTunes and check if the iPod is there.

    4. If it is download a firmware. [Depending on your iPod or iPhone]

    5. Press "Shift" and "Restore".

    6. Find the firmware you've downloaded.

There you go and your done. BAM!!
