    So many questions on it.
So here's a little guide on how to make it work.

For vista users do the following:

Run the setup file for libusb as admin and in XP compatibility mode. To run in compatibility mode do the following:

Right click the libusb setup file and click:

    Properties

    Then goto the Compatibility tab.

Then check the little box that says run the program in compatibility mode for: Then there will be a drop down box, select windows xp.

If your guy's problem's still happen, let me know.

I did exactly this and it didn't worked. Now I know the problem is in libusb.
I have Vista x64. After I installed libusb with xp compatibility I rebooted my pc, and guess what? After that NONE of my usb devices worked. Only my keyboard, because it wasn't usb. And I had to remove libusb with my keyboard, lol. Now I'm going to try to jailbreak with a VMWARE XP machine.

If someone with Vista x64 had success, please share his exprience! Thanks

There is no libusb for 64x. There is no jailbreak on a 64 bit machine yet.
