    1. Open your favorite ssh client
2.Login and go to /var/mobile/applications/(your ttr folder)
3.Copy your tap tap.app to your desktop (do not delete the file in your ttr folder)
4.In your / <Root> open applications and drop the tap tap.app into it
5.Set the tap tap.app permissions to 775 and all the contents within to 775

and there you have a working ttr app!

you will no longer be able to download new songs

wait do you mean the whole folder itself? Or the Tap Tap inside the taptap.app folder?

Doesn't work consistently. I did this with mine and still experienced the error.

Hopefully this issue is worked out soon where we can replace files without screwing up the real app.

I dont know why, but these are two possible reasons:
    1. I'm on 2.1
    2. I didn't delete the old Tap Tap.app file (It wasn't mentioned in the guide, but I'm guessing some people did)
