It's convenient to be able to use the iTunes store on your mobile device. But occasionally sometimes often something will go wrong, and the download will stop, and not restart.

This is a bug where the cached download has an error, but iTunes does not want to delete it and start over. This happens often on spotty WiFi connections or cell networks, where packets are often lost. Here's how to fix it:

    1. Open up your preferred file manager and go to "/var/mobile/Media/Downloads/"
    2. Delete everything except Manifest.plist
    3. Open iTunes again and tap to retry.
    4. Repeat if necessary
    5. Post your results

It is important that you do not delete Manifest.plist. This contains the download queue and if it is deleted, you will not receive your purchases.

I'm showing. I had this problem, I fixed it by myself, so I'm sharing the solution.
