[HOW TO] FIX spinning circle of death WITHOUT restore.

    muCommander is an SSH client for mac

    the replacing of the n45ap.plist doesnt work

    i have got the spinning wheel and i can get look at my files through SSH

    i have changed the n45ap.plist file to 755 and still doesnt make a difference

    i have deleted some apps and it makes no difference, :/

    i dont want to restore my ipod!

    can anyone kindly send me a copy of their 1.1.3 ipod touch's CoreServices folder please??

    ok ive replaced it, it didnt work
    now.. im trying to find the Aqwoah Keyboard i last downloaded in WinScp to delete it..
    any help for where it is?

    OK. soo iwould do this but my ipods stuck at apple logo and my computer wont detect it. I know how to restore but dont want to. pls help

    How would I set permissions to 755? Yes, I know it's a stupid question but I might as well get an answer for it.

    SSH in with Winscp or some other alternative, set them that way. Also, don't bump ancient threads.
